well there is lots to say but i tell you the basic i am Italian, im a chef i love to cook any thing mainly European foods. not so much french but i give it a try. i love to go out when i can and enjoy every minute and moment of it because in these days life is too short.. people describe me as loyal, respectfully, kind caring guy who stick by your side if you stick by mind.
