I'm a NYC girl who never was a NYC girl at heart. I spend all my free time snowboarding in the winter, wakeboarding in the summer, and generally escaping the city all other times. This is why I'm making the move to San Francisco (in September). Besides my friends/family back east, the only thing I'm really going to miss is the music scene in New York. But... I'm going to the Outside Lands festival in SF and seeing Sigur Ros at the Greek in October, so I'm pretty excited to embrace a new music scene. Also, of course, just after I decided to move, the mountain where I instruct snowboarding part-time in Vermont decided to dedicate an entire mountain to freestyle terrain, so Tahoe better have a good season so I don't kick myself! I'm interested in meeting anyone (friend or whatever) who will make me laugh and/or enjoy the same kinds of activities and would like some company.
